Well as I mentioned in another thread TK Maxx have got some good Trekmates gear in stock at the moment. So far I've managed to pick up a pair of these "Trigger Lock" walking poles. They are a 3-piece slimline pole with trigger locks, foam grips, padded hand straps and tungsten tips. They come with removable rubber end caps and baskets, and tip the scales at <235g. Bit like a poor-mans Black Diamonds ;) £9.99 each down from £24.99.

Also got a pair of poles for Kat called "Sherpa". They have a really comfortable, contoured cork grip and again have padded straps. Pretty much the same spec as the poles I got but they have anti-shock so are slightly heavier at around 300g each. £7.99 each down from £19.99.

I also picked up a pair of Rannoch Moor (http://www.trekmates.co.uk/765/Trekmates-Rannoch-Moor-Gaiter.html) gaiters which seem pretty good. Only other thing I would have liked to have bought was the Trekmates Wind Top (http://www.trekmates.co.uk/973/Trekmates-Wind-Top--Unisex-.html) which is a pretty light (100g) windshirt. Bangor had one in size large, but it had quite a few plucked threads. Checked in Belfast but they didn't have large. I feel a trip to Boucher Road or Newtownabbey coming up :)
Other items of interest include a hammock, mosi nets, Go-System cook set, retro looking Sigg bottle with integrated mug (bit like the Crusader cup and bottle), some self-inflating mats and the bivvy bags that they've had in for a while now. The hammock could well be on my list next... :)
