I've been lurking around here for sometime and thought it was about time that I introduce myself.
I'm David, a 40-something from Belfast, I've been hiking for about 6 years, mostly in the Mournes. More recently I've been taking an interest in camping, both wild and not so wild, I love getting outdoors and away from the city and my job in IT.
I'm also a keen landscape photographer and the founder of the NI Walking Photography Group on facebook. I'll post a few of my photos below.
Want to know anything else, please ask. I look forward to chatting with like-minded people.

I've seen lots of your photos on FB David and I've always been impressed. Good to see you're getting into the camping, there really is nothing like a night outdoors with some good friends to nourish the soul.
Looking forward to seeing you share your experiences.
