Title: HELP.....repairing a canoe

Hi guys, I have got hold of an old, old town discovery 169 canoe it has a few cracks and some nasty battle scars. Anyone have any ideas as to how to repair the cracks.... techniques, tools, adhesives....... any info would be helpful

Search for Song of the Paddle forum, should be plenty of info and maybe even help, especially as it is a more canoe specific forum.

That not to say the guys on here can't help, just a bigger ocean with more canoeists ;-))

Hay Wazza, Post a few photos of your boats scars, ta we get a luck at her.
 I gashed the bow of my boat on the Bann the other day & repaired it with a hammer & plank o wood & hot knife.
