Anyone notice that the traffic was terrible last night (14th). Seemed like all over Belfast it was moving slow. Anyone see any reasons why?

Suspicious object on the Queens Bridge, near the Odyssey

Usually when it's (that) bad, you can find out why by turning on the radio and listening for the traffic news. That time was no exception.

Oh, sorry if it sounded that way. I was going for the opposite actually; trying to help with what might seem obvious to some but not obvious to others, without being condescending. It occurred to me after writing it though, that you might have been walking, or on a bike, or just not had access to a radio for some reason.

I was only kidding :D I was too busy being grumpy about the traffic to think of turning the radio on at the time :)

Hahhah, understandable. To be honest, I'm not sure listening to the radio helped much when I was stuck on the M2 foreshore trying to get to ards with a sick animal in the back :/ The last thing you want to hear is that the traffic jam you're in spreads across the whole town! :/
