It was rewarding that in some way our actions of handing out cups of water and filling water bottles assisted the participants.  It  seemed to offer some semblance of comfort and encouragement to them.

It's great to hear you have finished safe and well.  I hope recovery isn't too painful or drawn out.

It was nice to have met you and look forward to being able to have a longer conversation sometime.

Great success compared to my effort last year - 10hr 09m by my Garmin. Last 10K was gnarly: my body is falling apart... but pains over-ridden by satisfaction. Will blog it all next some day soon.

well done to the marshalls, events like this couldn't happen without people like you, had hoped to join you later in the day but was busy elsewhere  ::)  and well done craig, i get tired just thinking about an ultra marathon  :o

That was a brilliant event, will run again nxt year, well done to all the marshalls.and everyone who finished their races. was good to actually meet an NI WILD member Mourneman at the Hen mtn feed.  Causeway marathons in Sept btw !! :)

Brilliant event... Definately recommend it... Only did the 10k but fair play to everyone involved. See u all next year!

Yep, good to meet you Mourneman, last couple of miles really started to hurt, lack of training miles finding me out, brilliant craic though. i wonder how many NI Wild members ran yesterday? maybe an NI Wild team some year?? :)
