Thanks for looking but it all gone now, sorry folks.

He's just too fast :)

I never did get too many runs up the mountain nor meet many board members but I have loved the forum.

Its a brilliant resource for anyone interested in getting out and up into the mournes and I hope it runs for many more years to come.

I'll be back from time to time no doubt.

Theres something very special about waking up just before dawn in a tent on top of a mountain and getting a brew and a couple of sausages going while you watch the sun come up :)

So, best regards to you all.

Stay safe out there and have fun.

Geo...

Best wishes George for this new chapter in your life.  Feel free to share a cool photo from sunnier climes and use it to gloat, although I think you'll miss the seasons i.e. a good kickin' from the (cold) wind and rain.

Thank you again George, well chuffed with the tent, put it up in the office today! (got a few strange looks but they're fairly used to my quirky ways now) can't wait to get it out in the hills, it's that big I may even let someone sleep in it with me (applications by pm, attractiveness desirable, cooking skills essential, Dowser you're in  8) ) Good luck in your new venture, when you pop home we'll have to get out for a wee dander  :)

Thank you, all..

Liam, definitely.
Nice to put a face to the forum name.
I'll be back sometime brother, for sure.

I was going to keep this thread open til I got over there and eventually found a tent type thing to get a photo with to post here, but I'll just post a new one when I do and close this in a while..
Its probably going to take a while to build up the courage (knowledge) to wild camp out there, lol...

Best Regards,
George...

That tent was a hell of a bargain, not surprised to see Liam in first (does the wife know ;)). I was soooo tempted.
