As some of you know I am going to be going on the TGO Challange in May.

I am planing on going down the freeze dried meals when other means is not possible. I have been buying stuff from Cotswold and Tiso's but both of them have a bad choice of breakfast range.

As Outdoor Grub are supplying a 10% discount on the range for TGO Challengers I had a look and found the have the Mountain House Scrambled eggs and so orders some packets. The delivery was fast and was well packaged. On opening the package I saw they had sent a small token of thanks for ordering in the form or a rocky bar and a note. But on inspection I noticed there was a small tear in one of the packs and contacted them to ask if it would still be ok to use. I was told it would be ok unless it was below the fill line (which it was). So they offered to replace it with no extra cost to myself.

That is First Class customer service all the way and wanted to share with you all. It's not very oftern I get such a good level of customer service and wanted to share.
