Antrim Hills
« on: August 15, 2009 »

Not sure what is happening with the overnight at Hares Gap so I'm going into the Antrim Hills next weekend for a bit of a walk to include a quick overnight stay, just thought I would post this and leave an open invitation.

I'm not planning anything too serious just a good day in the hills. ( the mournes trip would be hard to beat  :D)

I was out tonight for a couple of hours and was fortunate enough to witness 2 foxes (a male and female) out frollicking and presumably looking for food just as dusk was setting, it was awsome so I hope to see more wildlife at the weekend (there is usually plenty of birds and hares to be seen)

I haven't totaly decided on where or what route but as I say I wasn't really planning on any type of epic adventure so if anyone is joining me I'm totally open to suggestions.
