Sounds yum! I've never tasted rabbit and only had wood pigeon.

I think it might be leg of lamb time again.

I'm thinking of string roasted:

Me +1. Not sure we'll be making the MMR walk in the morning tho since it's turned out to be not pram friendly.

I'm still heading out on Saturday night too.  It's been a bit of a disaster getting my hands on some game for the pot.

Took the day off work yesterday and it flippin' chucked it down all morning, then I had to leave my car into the garage at 1pm :-(

Had one chance at a random Pheasant but it turned out my rifle sight had been knocked off and the pheasant just stood there laughing at me  :'(

Looks like we are on slow roast lamb instead of Game Stew which maybe isn't a bad thing  :D

Don't worry. I'll be doing a bit of foraging on Thursday evening and I'm confident of a leg of lamb ;)

I have a fresh bunny for the pot, perhaps even a few by the time Saturday comes along.

Got a bit of bad news.. My Aunt passed away and I'm not sure if the funeral is going to be on Friday or Saturday. If its Saturday I will hopefully make it down that evening all being well.. But will find out tomorrow when they finalize the arrangements.

The eagle has landed.

And when I say eagle I mean lamb.
