Dragging kids away from the TV
« on: August 03, 2009 »

I'm starting to see more people on NI-Wild with kids. I have an 11yr old who I'm keen to try and drag out from infront of the Xbox and into the fresh air for a while. It's always easier when there are other kids about for company so maybe we should get together for some outdoors fun. Maybe just a Sunday afternoon hike or a few hours in the woods for some open fire cooked hotdogs.

Yip up for that also.

What about Tollymore Forest?

Would be nice to spend a weekend just relaxing with a bbq and new friends out in the open at a good campsite.

Drumaheglis might be worth a punt.

Get a good group together and maybe get a group rate or summat near the end of the season in September/October time.

Hound.
