There's also this, although I would be making the propeller a bit smaller and putting it inside some sort of tube so that the blades doesn't hit the rocks.

They are deadly to trout and salmon par, other young fish and aquatic fly life.
Farmers in co Antrim have used them but on a larger scale and wiped out the rivers.We are fighting and campaigning to keep them off rivers all over Ireland.
