SWAP SHOP
« on: April 10, 2012 »

Got anything you like to swap? maybe you've bought some clothes in the wrong size (no underwear please!) or maybe you like to downsize that tent of yours (after she said she'll never camp again!) well post up what you've got and what you'd like in return (not cash, thats selling  ;D ) don't forget the devils in the detail so the more info the merrier and a picture speaks a thousand words  ;)

Ok, so I thought this was a great idea and to try and kick it off genuinely:

I bought one of these:
http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/shop/camping-equipment/sleeping-bags/genuine-dutch-military-issue-763844.html
And have never used it - would love to swap for an Alpkit Hunka XL

Have also a Maglite C Cell torch (cant remember if its 2 or 3 cell) in blue.  Genuinely used once to check the oil levels in the tank in the back garden!  Open to anything on this.

Would love a Jetboil coffee press if anyone has one and thinks its a bit much and also would dearly love a large quality expedition pack (>60l, Osprey, Lowe etc etc).  If you have one and would consider a swap for something or even a sale let me know.  Might be able to swing something.

Might even swap out my JW Gossamer if the deal was right - used 4 or 5 times just, N/S, No Pets, stored and always dried correctly

Thanks

Ive one, it has at least as many holes as your socks and pants, so sounds a fair swap  ;)

Thought I'd hold off on posting these for a few days just so it doesn't take away from Huds attention.

Craghoppers trousers kiwi 34 inch waist. I have two pairs to swap one is a regular leg while the other is large, I use the regular for cycling so the leg doesn't snag in the chain,

Good condition and are well suited for outdoor walks and activities. Swapping because I've lost weight and they no longer fit me. Open to suggestions for swaps. Pictures if needed.

Has anyone got a couple of Wooden Paddles (Or even just one) for use with a Canadian Canoe that they aren't using and would like to swap for something more useful (E.g DPM Bivvy Bag) or just plain old cash!

My winter project is near completion and I think I'm gonna need something to propel me through the water on it's maiden voyage  ;)

Oh... I will need life jackets for three kids too (5, 6 and 9 years old) too but I'm not in a big rush for these just yet.  Want to make sure I'm happy with the canoe before kitting the kids out.

Scarpa Manta Pro GTX, bought the wrong size, 47 (eur). Have used them a few times, including climbing a Grade 2 winter route but basically brand new. I would like to swap for a size 46 (eur)

Thanks,

WW
