if its Donegal i'd b game 2 try it i can c Scalp Mountain and a few others from my bed room wiodow i was up on topa Scalp once in my landrover and wata view it was.

Brings back nice memories, only climbed errigal once at 7.30pm on a january evening, 3 steps from the car up to my knees
in the bog after that who cares about being wet. At the top the rain and and hail was coming up at us and the ridge was a
bit hairy but it was fun. Then back to the youth hostel then out for drink!!. In bed around 2.30 out walking again at 9 till 4pm
it was a nice way to get rid of the hangover then more drink (see the patern here), I would love to be able to do this again but
 i,ve been suffering with CFS for the past 3 years :'(      Billy

19th Sept NeilB and I will attempt the north face ascent of errigal to the top then down the south east and well trodden tourist track over to lough alta and camp overnight heres a few pics. Everyone is welcome to join us!

The 19th Sep is the Mourne Mountain Marathon so I think the ones from NI-Wild that are capable with be doing it.
Looks like a top weekend though!

quick update on this 1 guys, its possibly this weekend that we are going to try out this ascent. due to family commitments weekend of 19th may be out the window
