Thought it might be a good idea to keep all the after Christmas sales in the one place ;D
I know Cotswold have an online sale right now and one in store. If you've been in you can post what bargains you've seen / bought :D

Took advantage of the cotswold sale and got a new north face resolve jacket and a banshee 200 tent, 80 big bricks for the tent delivered :) anyone on here use the banshee?
-
You'll not be disappointed with the Banshee, for its cost it's a brilliant tent.

Certainly better i hope than the gelert solo which lasted all of one hour ::)

The Gelert Solo is usually a pretty good tent too. What happened to it?

The smaller of the two poles that comes with it was just far too big and it just broke in half at the 45degree bend. I emailed the supplier and they were happy for me too send it back for a full refund as they have been having a lot of complaints about the same problem

Wow I'm really surprised by that my tent has lasted loads and loads of trips

Iv seen them before and read up on them so was surprised myself when it broke. I should of taken a picture to show you exactly were the problem was because its hard explaining it unless you have the pole to look at. But they were helpful with it all and told me there must be a bad batch out at the minute ??? goodbye solo, hello banshee ;D
