Hair of the dog on a less responsible morning (or holidays)

Normally i just stuff my face until I feel better, Fry Roast dinner then a take away - in between regular snoozes and cups of tea
Today I have a "none eating hangover" i.e I havent been able to manage tea or toast. Feel rubbish. Ribena is the only thing I havent wrenched at as it crossed my mouth!

Saw this last week which I thought was useful:

Personally I like drinking lots of water when you're supping, eating a decent meal before you get lashed into it and most importantly, do a peak on your way home the next day :D
