I'm going to be a +2.  Sorry, I hadn't updated the thread as I'm still using a modest three man tent, hence my (our) 'footprint' hasn't increased.

I'll read the forum-meet disclaimer as a bedtime story tonight so she knows the implications of what she is taking on  ;D

I camped there last Saturday.  There are signs up the lane directing people to go right to the campsite and not to go straight ahead which is marked Private.

The lower field wasn't open then, no need as there was room without it.  If you're lucky you might be able to get the spot in the lower field where we camped after Brandy Pad walk.

Not sure until later this evening if I can make this. :-\

Just remind the wife who wears the trousers and get down there for some camping fun. Oh, and, duck  ::)

I'm bivying somewhere near Bloody Bridge tonight, if anyone's about early tomorrow I'll say hello (look out for a tall guy smelling faintly of wood smoke from a hobo stove and driving a Silver RAV4..I'll have my radio on as well). Can't stay Sat night I'm afraid, want to give DominoYesMaybe's Fair Head walk on Sunday a punt.

Have a top night. Looks like great weather for it.

Yup looking good, dry, wee bit of cloud but no wind...so pack your anti-midge spray or bring a couple of quid to buy the special Avon stuff from Frank :)

So.. Do you think it will be warm enough for shorts, tees and flip flops?

Hey Guys and Girls... Looks like I'm gonna get along to join you all for this little Soirée.  I'll have a couple of kids and some livestock on tow but I'm not going to let that stop me.

See you all there  8)
