hi all. :)

im darren from portadown. :)

i have an interest in camping,hiking.hillwalking in the mournes etc.

only problem ive no car so i cannot get to do these things hardly at all.
could anyone help me out.
id really appreciate it thanks.

you can send me a message if any of you nice guys and gals could help.
i would appreciate any help from fellow members very much.

Thanks mate for the welcome.
used to do the mournes regular when i was a teenager.
have not been in the mournes for near 20 yrs.

if anyone else a bit further out say bandbridge could hep that would be just great.
id really appreciate it.

oh im 35 and have ginger hair. :D

id try any outdoor activity even ones ive never done.

It's only as you get older that you discover the impression the hills made on you in your teens.  I'm sure you'll enjoy reading around the site until you get the chance to get out and rekindle that passion for real.

you are just so right.

i just loved it when i did it before.

i really miss not getting there and doing what i love.

The sense of freedom,away from normal life.

It made me feel amazing walking in the mountains something i truly miss. :(

whether it be in the rain or snow it matters not.

last big walk i dis was hattys walk when i was 15.

i had to take 2 days off school as my legs where so sore.
about half way you could quit if you wanted,there was a minibus to take you home.
my uncle who i did this walk with said do you want to stop.
I said no way ive done half im going to do the rest.
Im very determined that way.

Half way was i think beside butter or hen mountain.

Hi I'm from banbridge and I would gladly help you out I work shifts so not all wkends are free but I do get days during the wk off .drop me a pm if ya want and we can take it from there
