canadian canoe size

hi was thinking of buying a canadian canoe and looking at a 15 foot fiberglass one but dont know if that will be to big for me to handle on my own so hoping someone could give me some info please, cheers.

15ft is a good size for solo paddling, and be big enough to carry gear and/or another paddler,  16ft is also manageable as a solo boat,  Apache canoes make a good fiberglass boat at a good price,  in both 15 and 16ft.

Depends on how many people you want to paddle with. One thing worth noting is that the bigger canoes are a pain in the ass to get ontop of the car on your own.
