Venison

Don't know if its readily avaiable in NI but i can get a fair bit  :)



collected these from my mate Monday,the Red Pricket is going in my freezer,and the two Roe Bucks were promised Mike a while back

Got to wait for the lad to get home to hang it as can't get it up there on my own :eek:

Will takes some pics at the weekend of the skinning and butchering :thumbsup:

Cool pictures Bernie. You'll have to let me have a go at that when we come over to Swift Valley. I've never skinned something as large as that before.

Bernie, you let gary skin it and make sure he does a good job as i want the skin when he is finished!! Great picts mate.
