Title: 30 + mile hiking routes

Hey every one I've recently put on quite a bit of weight and it needs shifted. Does any one know of any 30+ mile walking routes around strangford lough with a nice wee spot for a wild camp aswell would be great. Many thanks  :D

have a look at the walkni.com site, the only one around Strangford is the lecale way, heading round towards Newcastle. the general consensus on here is that there are areas that have grown over, and are no longer passible (do a quickie search). we camped last year at shepherds point if that's any use to you (again use search or google)

There's a book of walks around lecale, I have a copy somewhere but can't put my hand to it
