Yesterday was a funny old day
« on: April 04, 2017 »

Firstly I had to return my Snugpack Chrysilis 2 after the zip broke and the stitching had all come away after only 2 outings for a refund.
I decided to have a look in one of the Charity shops in Bangor and came out with these;

and all for the grand total of (wait for it) :o £4 which I thought was not a bad bargain lol all straps, zips, buckles etc are in perfect working order. :) :) ;D ;D ;)

Nice one Torp, you're nearly as jammy as me  ;D I find the charity shops in Newcastle to be quite good for outdoor kit. Got a set of crampons for £12 and a bivvy tent for £6 (including a rucksack!). Can't remember where I got that Classic A frame tent for a mere £2 though.
