Title: Slieve Donard camp 11.07.17
Post by: specimanYak on July 15, 2017: Had an excellent few days trekking around The Mournes from the 11th to the 13th July. Camped on Donard and had a blustery night, before hiking along the Brandy Pad to Hare's Gap the next day. Followed the ridge up past Slievenaglogh, Corragh and Commedagh then down to the Black Stairs for another camp and an early night.

Post by: specimanYak on July 16, 2017: Thanks Liam, I use the app 'Tina Timelapse' on my phone and also a cheap GoPro knock-off for wider views. The views from the Slievenglogh ridge up to Commedagh are superb.

Post by: specimanYak on July 18, 2017: The weather was splendid and the clear skies gave exceptional views. The ground's fairly hard up there so I used thin needle spike pegs and a few heavy rocks that were lying around set on top of each peg to keep them in.
