  • Love the mournes and a bit of fresh country air.

On me it's grand that's with all my bits I need food for a run and 500ml water. I think it's easier for women though as the hips are more suited to carry a bumbag. I'd guess for a bloke it'd be a bit more bouncy as you don't have the curve above the hip bone for it to sit in. But I might be wrong.  Sure once you do a good run over a couple of hours you will know.  I like it.
