I have been out with mobile team at shaws bridge before good tutuion, 1 thing i will say guys is bring a change of clothes because you will def need them esp if the do the diving off the bank thing in the kayak, i got soaked to the skin

would go this weekend also but had to save up brownie points for stag this weekend, liverpool here i come

Okelydokely, I've been on with DampColin about the best attire for tomorrows canoeing since most of us wont be overly equipped. He says wetsuit would be great if you have one knocking about, otherwise "Base layer top with fleece then a light waterproof top, jeans or jogging bottoms would do for the bottom half. It's what you'd feel comfortable, warm and waterproof in that would count."
