That must have been a fantastic contrast on the holiday, with high altitude and the seaside (seaside? sounds like I am talking about Bognor Regis

) , cold and warm, exercise and relaxation.... This trip report might just influence the destination a few family 'beach' holidays in the future

Thanks everyone for the comments. There was definitely a contrast between me climbing up through snow while 20 miles away the wife and baby were lying by the pool in 25 degrees.
What about a NI Wild weekend excursion to Tenerife?
