I'm waiting to see how things turn out at work but I'm defo considering it. Couldn't be at Carrick Little before probably 7 though.
Also it's worth consideration that Carrick Little is the least secure car park in the known universe - not sure how to deal with that.
What route are we talking and how long do you think it might be?
-
was thinking Carrick little to summit and if condition were good walk the lenght of the hill come of at the saddle with Lamagan and back. But if the weather does turn the back the way we came.
-
Up and down suits me - less knackered in work tomorrow.
Good to see we're systematically picking off the highest peaks first at NI-Wild - Bearnagh, Donard, Commedagh and Binnian. Wouldn't wanted to have started with the low, easy ones first - oh, no, absolutely not ;)
Where's Chris these days? Did he finally run out of energy?

As far as I know he's coming. Haven't heard from him today though.
-
I'll give his buzz before I leave work and I'll see you@7 mate
-
well another triumph for the NI-Wild night shift. Conditions were perfect with clear skys all the way to the summit and just enough wind to keep cool.
reached the summit approx 930 for hot coffee and rehydration all followed by a steady desent back from wence we came.
The Monday club will be back in action next week for a wee dander up Cave Hill as always the more the merrier. ;D

Another top night hike chaps! I'm still not sure how I managed to get mud up to my thighs though - maybe I should spend more time on my feet :)

Nice pics Jonno. ;D
Is it Monday yet ::)

I'm looking forward to Cave Hill since it's my local. It's not hard at 250m and a round trip of about 4 miles but when it's clear you get some absolutely cracking views of Belfast. We can have a climb into the cave too.

You see some spooky shit up there at night............that looks like MG1 Smiling on the hills.
Must be a trick of the light.
