Unless you know a military medic......

Generally these pouches came issued with kit, so there would be questions asked if it went diffy.

I'm looking rid of a full set of webbing if your interested. No trauma pouches but 2 ammo pouches, 2 kidney pouches for water bottle mess tin etc, and a big pouch that was for a respirator.
