Looks less comfortable than just carrying a rucksack. Would probably be a pain uphill or over rough ground. What will they think of next  8)

I suppose it would depend on lenght,ground and duration of your camp. If it was many miles and mostly on tracks/roads you could bring the kitchen sink with you  ;D
