I remember when i first moved into my house at least one tile blew off the roof every strong wind and i spent the next day each time cementing them back in, after a couple of years i realised that the house insurance covered this but by then i had them all well secured! I have a funny feeling fences weren't covered by the insurance unless something blew into the fence knocking it down  ;)
