Title: Black mountain
Post by: boron on January 01, 2017
Had a wee dander up to Divis to day the first of 2017 just to blow 2016 cobwebs away.
It was a bright cold walk and I was awarded by seeing a large dog fox, which passed across the track in front of me at a distance of only 8 to 10 feet.
Hopefully the first of many for 2017.
Happy new year!

Hi Red, I went straight up the forthriver road to robins well, then down the track to were the old telecoms building used to be. Then up the winding track to Divis, then on round past the transmitter masts and over to black mountain. Took in the secenary over lookin Belfast and back down the same way. Plenty of rabbits up there if you snare or ferret.I had a few for the pot last year.
