Hi guys and gals.
Interested in getting into the hammocking but a little daunted..Live above annalong forest on side of Carrick little so plenty of local options..Be having a stumble through the forum and has definitely wet the appetite. Have young family and would love to get them interested in the great outdoors..If anyone's going for a dangle in the Mournes and wouldn't mind me having a look at set up and a small interrogation be greatly appreciated.
G'ud luck

Welcome aboard mate, best advice I could give regarding hammocks is keep it simple, try and not over complicate it and definitely buy one they're great fun and really comfortable I always get a great nights sleep in mine.
Annalong wood is a great spot we use it right and regular and really handy for you.

Welcome. If you're looking to get a hammock you can't go wrong with the ones from DD Hammocks. I've had one for a few years and it's good kit.

Welcome Billy, I bought a hammock about 4 years ago and still haven't tried it out yet so i'm up for a swinging night.
