Dont know how many of you are interested in this but I hope to get to a few of them 6 at least...!

That is good training - but its "run" by fell runners, who are direct decendants of mountain goats!

Do they have a slow and steady catagory?

mine too..! and them mountain goats are very happy to have the slow and steady holding up the rear in 2007 i did quite a few of these and my fitness imporved tenfold..!! and I was still in the slow an steady..!
