Getting Charcoal

We do a bit of BBQing over Chrimbletidemas but this year I'm all out of charcoal. Anyone know anywhere that I could buy some?

you could make your own.... If I remember correctly you make it the same way as char cloth. Obviously you'll need a bigger tin but seems pretty straight forward. Maybe some of the bushcraft boys can shed some more light.
