Would anyone have any spare tarp I could borrow for the summit?

Not a problem... I'll bring one for you with pegs an all.  Consider it done  :)

I can see you regretting that once the stampede starts  ::)

I know the Christmas season is now over, but would anyone mind if I shared my bottle of mulled wine at camp?  ;D

Tim - how early are you aiming to be back?
'If' I could share a lift with you back to Ballynahinch, the 9:30 bus to Belfast would have me back in time to freshen up for work.

I can get a bus to Newcastle straight after work on Sat, and do a night hike/run to rendezvous late at the camp ~9:30/10pm.

Awesome, thanks!
Mountain withdrawal was setting in: a night/training/NI-wild/summit bivvi will be a right fix  ;D

Going to be a bit of wind too. Wouldn't be fun if it was easy ;)

Looks like a bit of rain through the night

At least the walls there for a bit of protection from the wind

We could rig up a few tarps round the hut and have a enclosed drinking area ;D
