The event starts at 1 but registration for the conker championships is at 1230 we will be there from early morning.

its an aircast walkboot, looks like a big ski boot,  replaces normal plaster cast after 4weeks,  helps in the healing process after achilles tendon rupture.  better than crutches but still a pain..

had a fall climbing nuclear wheelbarrow, at pigeon rock in the mourns,   hit a ledge on the way down before the rope took up the slack..
