Be careful with this one mate i asked it. There seems to be alot of Ray Mears fans but i prefer Bear i havent be able to watch a Ray Mears show from start to finish without falling asleep!

I always think Bear is about emergency survival and Ray is about outdoors living. Ray gets my vote every time.

Don't get wrong from what i hear Ray is very good. i also like Les Stroud from Survivor man. If it comes down to it and your were stranded somewhere you would be more than happy for any of those guys to be with you.

Very true bear seems to get pretty easy bar the time he decided to mess about with some bees and ended up looking think the elephant man :D

But seriously they all offer something as long as you have the wit to seperate the true nuggets of wisdom form the dodgy stuff/spoon carving/daft advice/set up for T.V./ (delete as needed)

Tried to watch Bear on 4OD last night, but closest I could get was an offer to by the DVDs for £12.99.  I thought they had all their programmes on there.
