Afternoon everyone
I started into hiking and outdoor pursuits around October, getting into things properly with mourne hikes in January.
Starting out I was extremely unfit and a bit overweight - too much weed, too much food, not enough exercise.
Things have improved immensely in the past four months, in January I was 12 stone 8.4 and a whopping 24.5% fat.
As of today, I'm sitting at a less than ideal, but greatly improved 12 stone and 19% fat. My fat weight has dropped from 20.2 kilos to 14.8 and my lean weight has increased by almost 2 kilos in the same period.
Looking forward to spending more time out in the mournes with Mourneman to improve my mountain fitness and keep things on track.
Great to be a part of this community and share my interests, definitely helps you along.
