Title: Have a row up the Lagan in a traditional wooden curach, the Mamach Mór.

On Sat/Sun 19/20 May 2018 for £5 (+booking fee) between 1pm – 7pm you can have a rowing adventure on the Lagan. Departing from stranmillis mooring dock, governors bridge. Courtesy of Lagan Currachs in their traditional 33ft wooden currach the Mamach Mór (Big Mammal).

Sounds fun. Unfortunately we have other plans this weekend and my son is a bit young anyway, but I have bookmarked their site. They might come in handy if we work on a water sports badge later.

That's fascinating and great to see on the water, must give it a go some time. Cheers for sharing that, first I've heard of it.
