Frisbee Golf now at GASP
« on: July 03, 2009 »

We have just installed our new 9 hole Frisbee Golf here at GASP. Great fun, we are already addicted to trying to improve our scores. Unlimited play costs only £4 for non-members, £2.50 for members.

Like golf, but you use a frisbee instead of a club and ball. You play from a throw-in (tee) to a special "pole-hole" basket that traps the frisbee, counting the throws it takes to get in. Winner has lowest score.
A growing sport throughout the world, with big competitive events in America and Europe, and a professional tour circuit of events. The European Open is being held in Finland, I think, next month.

GASP (gravity action sports park) is a park dedicated to alternative action sports. Surfin' Dirt Mountain Boarding centre is now part of GASP, with our other main activity of mountain biking on 4X, skills and XC trail.
Located at Tullyree Road, Bryansford, adjacent to Moneyscalp Forest.

Is there limit for the frisbee golf or any of the other sports. Would they be suitable for younger children?

Has anybody been to GASP?
don't take offense Gary - it sounds amazing - but it's a long way to take the youth club, so I want to hear some independent reviews!

If anybody has criticism that's not constructive you can PM me.
but I'm sure if GASP do something wrong they want to know so they can improve.
(if it's good, tell your friends, if it's bad, tell the management, and all that)
