Belfast Tall Ships 2009

I was out on Belfast Lough as the Tall Ships were leaving. Unfortunately the traffic was so bad that we were fairly late and missed a good few of them.

There was a huge swell and dark skies so the photos weren't great.

Wow nice pictures. I got them books at the tall ships called, scenic ireland, by, Chris Hill. They cost me £70 but the pictures are out of this world, im very happy with the books. Each book is a province, Ulster, Connaught, Leinster, Munter. They will help my plan my route along the cost.

Nice, I couldn't get into belfast, but I saw them going past from milisle.

They were magnificent.

Was a bit naff from whitehead had better views of em arriving....but had sum nice food and a wee beer anyway :)

I was in the middle off it all weekend rocking the bar in the German beer tent right by the ships.........glad its all over to be honest.

I had to queue for 25 minutes for a pint. Was a great weekend though.
