Walking and Hiking clubs in Antrim
« on: June 18, 2012 »

Just wondering if anyone knows of or would be interested in starting a walking/hiking/geocaching group in Antrim town and the surrounding area, I head out most Saturdays and Sundays to places like Divis Mountain, Trostan, Agnews Hill, Glenballyeamon, Collin Top and Knockore always by myself, being on your own is great and you have no-one to annoy you but sometimes a few more people to share the views and sights with might be just as good, lets see where it takes us ?  :)

I'm just a couple of miles from you zootnanook. I'm in Randalstown.

I work saturdays, but I'd be keen for quick overnighters or sunday hikes.

What about we do a few Antrim Hills this sunday? I'll PM you my mobile number.

I would get out in the Antrim Hills the odd time too.  It is difficult to commit to anything regular though, but as has been said if a thread gets put up there is always a chance to get involved.

Where are you thinking of going and where would the starting/rv point be?  Just incase I'm able to make this.
Thanks,
