What's the story behind the dead croc and dead chicken thing?

And as for that eight legged freak...(shudder)

The dead stuff was hunted by some of the villagers during out community project. From what I gather the meat is shared amongst the 50 villagers. The birds are like turkeys and I never tasted the croc. People set off every morning around 5 and return at 3 with whatever they have trapped, shot or gathered.

Looks like you really had fun. Loads of photos as well. Good job with them. What camera did you use?

I'll be honest, those Venezuelas totally ruined the world cup coverage for me  ::)

Great pics, you've left a crowd of kids with a childhood memory that will last for ever.

I decided to bring my everyday camera, a fujifilm s5800. It's not too heavy, if a little bulky. I was mainly worried about destroying anything more expensive.

Ha ha the world cup, during our project we blagged a boat ride for three hours to a wee village that had a generator to watch the final. The woman kicked her kids out and 20 of us piled into this one room hut to watch the final.

Thanks for the comments the boys will definitely remember this one!
