Ballyboley Forest 11.04.18
« on: April 13, 2018 »

A camp at Ballyboley Forest then a misty hike along Agnew's Hill to Larnia for the bus home. Looking forward to a returning visit in sunnier weather.

It really is, the soft moss was a delight to sleep on and the mist gave it that eerie / ethereal feeling. Thanks.

Thanks bud, another few locations ticked off the list. I'll PM you later in the week as I may head out again myself.

Cool one Dave.  My local forest too.  I haven't camped there since doing Bronze DofE.  You've done well to make a dull day look enticing. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic, looks super spooky in the mist. Think I might have camped there myself once before doing a section of the Antrim Hills way.

It was really atmospheric. It's a fairly big forest as well and worth returning for another camp.
