Apologies for the recent outage.
We had an "account suspended" notice for a few hours yesterday. The hosting company had an issue with their server and were investigating whether we were overusing their resources. Unfortunately they're not the best with customer service but this is the sort of crap we have to put up with if we want reasonable priced hosting. Hopefully it wont happen again but we're not exactly confident. We're looking at hosting alternatives at the moment, anyone with any suggestions feel free to get in touch.

I use dreamhost and have never had any resource issues, my sites however are quite low volume in comparison to here. Worth a look
