« on: June 22, 2009 »

hi guys, Im chris, 22, from dromara. Into anything outdoors pretty much but my main fortae so to speak would be hill walking and camping, kayaking, cycling and recently rock climbing. at the min im up for what ever, but desperatley on the look out for a climbing partner of some description! I took a course down at the ozone and loved it but for some reason I cant seem to get my mates as excited so im pretty much limited to indoor bouldering! any way look forward to hearing from you guys and gettin out there!

Hi Chris, welcome to the forum. Good to see you have a wide range of outdoors stuff you like to do! Theres a few walkers and canoists (me included!) on the forum. However climbing is the only thing theres no chance of me doing - I just don't do heights...

I've tried it a couple of times and love it, but there's no way I can afford the time and money to turn it into another hobby!

Try looking on http://www.fairheadclimbers.com/ to get in contact with local climbers.

Welcome to the forum!
