Silent Valley 10k/10mile Run - Sat 8/9/12

Run by the same people that ran the Sea 2 Sky in Newcastle so looking good for another well organised event in a beatiful location.

Sat 8th September 2012 @ 11am
choice of 10 miles of 10k run

I think the 10k will probably be all along the road to Ben Crom Dam and back and the 10 miler will add the Silent Valley forest track so i'm very tempted to stretch myself for that one, will see how the training goes next month then decide which one to enter.
