Thought We might as well have a thread to Discuss all things MMM related. Who's entering this year? Oh and did you see the rule changes!

"All competitors MUST carry or wear trousers or leggings of at least 3/4 length"  Shocked Could be interesting seeing a few lads off here in lycra!

Not sure now, Pete doesn't seem overly keen (seems he's discovered women!). I said to Adam or else maybe rope someone from work into it. What about yourself?

Think he's roping in his sis in-law. I'm still undecided as to whether I could do it (or be arsed). Plus it's roughly 2 weeks before the wifelet is due to give birth and I'll be honest, if she goes into labour and I'm in the Mournes I may as well just not go home Wink  Roll Eyes

I'm entered as of yesterday.  My team mate is 15yrs older, but a better runner.... and navigator.  Not sure what I am bringing to the table other than the optimism and brash decisiveness of youth.

Sorry Chris, thought you were sorted or we could maybe have joined forces.  Tell Pete to catch himself on - women love it when men do adventurous stuff like this (as long as they're not having babies)  Cheesy ... or maybe check the forum on the MMM site, might be 1 or 2 posts on there.

The rules seem interpretable in many places - it's hard to find a black & white list.  Leggings?  Well, my Ronhills might be called into action, but the classic Rohan goa's performed excellent in the mixed conditions at the weekend.  If breeks are allowed as 3/4 length you might get me in a pair of those...

Tiso teaming up with Cotswolds. I'm assuming that would be a ruse where you lure him into the hills so you can push him off something high Wink   Roll Eyes

Mainly my fault regards a partner! I burnt all my bridges getting everyone else to sign up thinking I was fine. Now everyone else is sorted and I'm the one stuck in limbo!! Better get the finger out.

Was wondering about dates for last years route and have talked the sis in law into trying it  on the weekend of the 14th of August just to see if she can stomach the real thing  Grin

If she bails on me I may just have to look for another partner although to go with Chris is a little daunting   Tongue
