The first snow of the winter has arrived on the hills outside Draperstown, as temperatures take a plunge.

One reader of the Mail, sent this photograph taken from the centre Draperstown looking out towards the Moneyneany area on Friday morning.

According to the Met Office, temperatures could drop to below 5°C on Friday night.

Saturday will see more heavy rain across Mid Ulster, which expected to remain on Sunday.

Temperatures will drop significantly on Monday and Tuesday.
