they are good, very warm but very heavy! I used one for years and never had any complaints.

i have one i wear a light layer of clothes like thermals or tracksuit or pyjamas , i slept wearing normal clothes once like jeans n jumper and i was freezing but everyone else said they were warm that night , i read somewhere that wearing clothes will make u cold as the heat gets trapped outside ur clothing not close to ur body if that makes sense, so i wear something comfy n light and its been fine since. o and good socks.

lay it out flat, then fold the sides into the middle, roll it up and you'll see the sack thing it rolls into.

If you haven't got very far to  travel or you are not to worried about weight they are a cracking piece of kit.
If I am close to the car I will use mine but if I have to travel a bit I take my snug-pak with an expanpel panel on it which does the job nicely.
Army bags are designed to be used while you are wearing your full combat gear so wear what ever one want when you are using it.

I think we are setting up a shelter of the type that we use when we are out this has the sleeping bag, bivvy bag and a tarp, If we don't get to set this up  I should have the bag in the car which I will be glad to show you after the demo.
