Yerp (Greyabbey) Bouldering with specimanYak
« on: February 24, 2013 »

Went to do some Bouldering today with specimanYak. We had some amazing weather and did some good problem solving on the Yerp Boulder.

I think I speak for us both when I say we shall return. Here are some photos.

It was a good day, the weather was perfect and the Yerp boulder has a lot of routes to be attempted, will definitely have to get back and get some more notched up, a few pics.

Looks like lovely weather. I've been passing by that boulder occasionally for as long as I can remember!

You might also like a wee visit to Scrabo Tower. Nice bouldering up&down the corners on lovely sandstone. And a clockwise/anticlockwise traverse of the whole tower is a good challenge too.

Cheers for the info, looks like that could be a grand day for an outing in dryer weather.
